Lipo 3S balanced battery charger

This charger is ideal for small batteries. It is low cost and light weight. At 800mA current, it is not a fast charger for large batteries, but for small batteries or overnight charging, it gets the job done. I have had several of these, and although I have bigger and faster chargers, this is the one I most use.
