Puerto Rico elects its first BOTA manager

Rafael Bonano KP3V has been appointed as local Beaches On The Air manager  for Puerto Rico for 2023, after having been selected by his fellows. Local elections will be held anually in all countries with five or more active sponsors. Rafael Bonano and Puerto Rico become pioneers of this new initiative. Congratulations to all.
