The legend of Sangkuriang with his boat did not only end at Mount Tangkuban Perahu in West Java. The legend also developed to "Tanjung Layar Beach" in Lebak, Banten.
This beach is known for its giant rock clusters, which are said to be the sails of the Sangkuriang boat. In addition to the story of the Sangkuriang boat sail, this beach is also a marine tourism object that offers many charms of its own.
