Roseau Bay

Primary tabs

The unspoilt quality at this beach is perfect for a picnic or just relaxing and enjoying the view. This beach should not be confused with the nearby cove at Marigot Bay. With scarcely any development on the beach but with restaurants and other interesting areas nearby, this is a great spot to enjoy a day in the sun before you head out for a lovely dinner as the sun goes down. Located on the island of Saint Lucia, 0.7 miles south west of Marigot Bay, Roseau Bay is on the North West coast of the island, You might want even if you aren't staying in the vicinity. Roseau Bay stands out from other beaches because it's one of the best spots for escaping the typical tourist haunts. Many of the other beaches on St. Lucia may be just as breezy and refreshing, but tend to be busier since they're right in the thick of tourists' favorite hangouts. Boaters docking at Marigot Bay will have easy access to this beach. It's a bit more of a challenge for those coming on land. If you are driving from Castries, you will need to head south on La Toc Rd past Waterfront. Take your first right on the small road after Roseau, and follow it to the shore. A 4-wheel drive is recommended.
